TO Opavské Slezsko

The Tourist Area of Opavské Slezsko aims to promote the sustainable development of tourism in the Opava and Hlučín regions. Its main goal is to increase the attractiveness of the area, support cooperation between municipalities, businesses, and tourism organizations, and build a strong and recognizable regional brand. The focus lies on promoting authentic experiences, cultural heritage, and the natural beauty that define the character of Opavské Slezsko.

Part of this development includes improving tourism infrastructure – walking and cycling routes, accommodation, gastronomy, and supporting services – as well as implementing modern marketing and communication tools that help increase visitor numbers and extend their length of stay.

All activities are based on the 3K platform – Communication, Coordination, and Cooperation, which serves as a key principle of collaboration within the region. This platform connects tourism stakeholders across the public and private sectors, creating space for effective information sharing, joint planning, and project implementation.
