Our company specializes in thermal and thermo-chemical treatment of metals. The company was established in 1997, originating from the existing heat treatment plant of ZPS a.s.

The goal was to transform an outdated, long-neglected, and unprofitable operation into a thriving heat treatment facility with modern equipment. To achieve this, our company gradually acquired computer-controlled lines for carburizing, hardening, and tempering, with batch capacities ranging from 250 to 400 kg per cycle, as well as a nitriding line with a capacity of up to 1000 kg. In addition to these automated systems, we also operate salt baths for hardening, tempering, and carbonitriding (TENIFER QPQ).

In 2007, we expanded our operations to Valašské Meziříčí. Recently, we have been focusing on automating our processes so that our employees can spend weekends and night shifts at home with their loved ones.
