Mink Cross-Cleaning-System

The Mink Cross-Cleaning-System was developed to thoroughly remove loose particles from surfaces. The linearly arranged belt brushes reliably clean product surfaces crosswise to the conveying direction and are quickly replaceable. The modular system can be individually adjusted to the respective application. The cleaning unit consists of a torsionfree carrier rail on which the belt brush can be mounted in various different options, an electric drive, a cleaning unit for the brush as well as an extraction hood. Thanks to the low height of the system, installation and removal, even on existing machines, is very simple. Product surfaces can be cleaned on one or both sides in working widths from 600 to 3,000 mm in a grid of 100 mm. In order to ensure a thorough cleaning performance during the entire work process, the belt brush is continuously cleaned in the deflection area.

Mink Special brush panels

Mink brush panels reliably prevent damage to surfaces. Sensitive surfaces, e.g. sheet metal, furniture panels or glass, can be easily moved and conveyed on thousands of individual flexible bristle tips.
By angling the bristles there are additional advantages – optimal gliding in the direction of the angled bristles or conversely the bristles can act as a brake and allow a stacking or slowing down of products.
The positioning of the bristle bundles can also be designed to cope with the wide range of demands for each particular application.
