We are a social enterprise with a ten-year history and a team of over 280 employees with disabilities. We offer professional services to municipalities and cities in the areas of senior care (companionship, cleaning, pedicures, massages) and logistics (senior taxi). Our priorities are quality, reliability, and social impact. We demonstrate that people with disabilities can provide top-quality services and be a valuable part of the workforce. We also operate the SPoint center, supporting social entrepreneurship in the South Moravian Region.

Meal delivery for seniors
Teamium handles complete logistics, from ordering and preparing meals with verified suppliers, through delivery and distribution, all the way to administration. This reduces the administrative burden for municipalities and allows them to provide a key social service without the need to build their own infrastructure.
Senior care in households: companionship, cleaning, pedicure
Teamium helps seniors live longer and more comfortably in their own homes. We offer companionship, cleaning, pedicures, massages, and activation programs that support both physical and mental well-being. We also bring moments of joy through virtual reality – VR headsets can be borrowed and used at home. All services are provided by trained staff with disabilities.
Senior taxi
For cities, Senior Taxi is an effective tool to support the active lives of seniors and relieve the burden on their families. Teamium handles the complete operation of the service, from dispatch and route planning to vehicle fleet maintenance and driver training, which means minimal administrative burden for municipalities.
